Aagoraphobic architect must confront his fears to return to his daily life, for that he will follow the strict therapy of his neighbor, a dog trainer.
This is the beginning of El Instinto, the film written and directed by Juan Albarracín and made possible thanks to support received through Verkami, featuring Javier Pereira, Fernando Cayo, and Eva Llorach as the main protagonists. Since its premiere at the Molins festival in November 2024, El Instinto has been accumulating awards at various festivals it has attended, including Fancine in Malaga and Fant in Bilbao, among others, and although it had its commercial release last May, its time in theaters was sadly quite short.
For all of this, it is a pride for Fantboi to inaugurate the fifth edition with El Instinto, presenting it to the festival attendees, a special occasion for the gala attendees to enjoy (or suffer, as that is what they are here for) on the big screen with this story full of tension and great performances.
